We’ve been going through a tough experience with my mother-in-law. She was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and has been fighting a courageous battle that she will inevitably lose. We as a family have come together to be with her as much as we possibly can. Some of us live a distance away and some live around the corner, but each of us has made an effort to spend as much quality time as we possibly can with her.
