1) Art Alive 2014-Floral Exhibition

Green Fresh Florals will transform the Rotunda into an effusion of flowers, a perfect centerpiece for the three days of Art Alive events. This annual floral exhibition is accompanied by three full days of events, including the BLOOM BASH, Members’ Preview, Floral Lecture, Floral Masterclass with Tam Ashworth of Isari Flower Studio & Event Design, the Garden of Activities, and more.

 

 2) Featured Artists Show at Spanish Village Art Center, Balboa Park

Featured artists are Ron Ochsner, transparent acrylic artist showing landscapes and seascapes, James Luckritz, watercolorist and Schinja Scheindnes, oriental brushwork. Fleet Science Center round out the perfect day for San Diego Seniors and their families and caregivers.

3) Heaven Can Wait

2) Blues and Jazz with Robin Henkel

3) Concert Band

Every Saturday The New Youth Orchestra fills the hearts and minds of San Diego’s most talented youth musicians with great music. Visitors are invited to come observe these rehearsals to experience and enjoy the beautiful sounds created by our fine young members. Concert band is an intermediate level ensemble of woodwind, brass and percussion performers who have had two or more years of wind ensemble experience.
