Pacific Beach’s beautiful beach, boardwalk, shops and vibrant energy make it one of the most desired neighborhoods in the United States. Just the people-watching can take hours.

When providing Pacific Beach senior home care, Love 2 Live makes sure to respect the senior’s routine, and take his or her direction in planning the day.

Our outstanding, trained caregivers assist your senior with fun beach-town outings, local shopping excursions, light cleaning, cooking, traveling to and from doctor’s appointments, after surgery care, and so much more. Love 2 Live Care has won or placed in San Diego Union Tribune’s “Best of San Diego” Reader’s Poll in the Eldercare category every year since 2011 when the category was first available. In 2017, we won first place for the third time.

Love 2 Live’s Pacific Beach Senior Home Care Comes with Compassion and Respect

After an extensive one-on-one meet and greet with our clients, in which we discuss the particular needs of your senior, we will them assign the best suited caregiver. Should your senior’s needs happen to change during our caregiver’s service, we can easily change up the details. We often provide care for seniors who live far from adult children, and are conscientious about calling family members with updates on the senior’s mood, health and activities.

With reliable, caring Love 2 Live caregivers at their side, senior clients fully enjoy all of the great moments that PB offers. Our caregivers often take clients to:

The Promenade at Pacific Beach

This glorious walkway alongside the beach is perfect for strolling. There are many places to stop off to rest, get an ice cream, shop for beach hats, and more. There is even a large grassy area with benches to stop and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Along the Promenade is the Crystal Pier, built in 1929, a great viewing spot for watching surfers, seagulls, fishermen, and more.

Pacific Beach Tuesday Farmers’ Market

Every Tuesday, rain or shine, a wonderful farmer’s market takes place from 2-7 pm on Bayard Street, between Garnet Avenue and Grand Avenue. Besides local homegrown fruits and vegetables, the farmer’s market also features handcrafted goods and gifts such as candles, soaps and jewelry, fresh flowers and potted plants, breads, meats, cheeses, and even packaged grocery items for added convenience for seniors. Our caregivers help clients pick out the fresh, local produce that keeps them healthy.

Kate Sessions Neighborhood Park

This lovely spot not only offers great views, but easy walking paths throughout the park filled with trees, grass and more. Bring a blanket and a picnic lunch and enjoy the outdoor scenery. In the summer, we even get some clients up to one of the park’s free concerts.

The Catamaran Hotel and the Bahia Belle

On the southern end of Pacific Beach stand two unusual hotels. Sometimes, our caregivers take clients for a stroll through the Catamaran’s hotel lobby to enjoy the bubbling brook, complete with a waterfall and a koi pond. Live tropical birds help seniors feel transported to Hawaii. If you stroll out to the lovely Sail Bay beachfront, you can even book an easy, pleasant ride on the Bahia Belle, which motors around San Diego Bay.  The Catamaran Resort is located at 999 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109.
