Khadega M., Home Care Aide/Caregiver with Love 2 Live since 2013, was recently named the 2018 CAREGIVER of the YEAR!
The award was presented to Khadega by the SDRHCC (San Diego Regional Home Care Council). This organization’s membership is comprised of healthcare professionals that aim to improve the quality of health care in San Diego, and also promote the standards of practice for the home care community.
A total of (17) nominees from various home care organizations were considered for this award. A panel of independent judges carefully reviewed all submissions and ultimately selected Love 2 Live caregiver Khadega as the 2018 Caregiver of the Year award recipient!
Upon learning of her nomination, Khadega immediately expressed her gratitude for the office staff and her fellow caregivers, stating that it was because of teamwork that she is able to do what she does. “I’m so honored to know that my hard work does not go unnoticed. I couldn’t have done this without the support I receive from the rest of the staff.”
Khadega attended the SDRHCC’s annual luncheon where she was presented with her award. After winning top honors, Khadega continued to thank others for her accomplishment. “I’m so proud that I could bring this great honor to the company. This is a wonderful recognition for all of us at Love 2 Live!”
