Love 2 Live was referred to our family and from the first day of care, we noticed a level of compassion, professionalism, and care that took a lot of stress and worry off of my parents and the out-of-town family members. We were very impressed and appreciative with the level of communication between the management and the family.
We were able to work together and collaborate to determine the best level of care for my parents. The care level changed dramatically when one parent was diagnosed with a terminal illness and began hospice. The caregivers remained dedicated and a constant in our lives when everything around us was chaos.
We were very fortunate to have a great team of daily caregivers that skillfully managed to care for both my wife’s parents. Love 2 Live certainly does take the needs of their clients to heart and when there are issues such as staffing they work diligently to make sure there is coverage as well as arranging the best compatibility between clients and staff. They are supportive and caring to the family as well as the clients.
These folks love what they do and it shows! We will always be grateful and thankful that Love 2 Live Care came into our lives….John J.
