If you live in California please read and call your State Representative. Yesterday was lobby day in Sacramento. It is imperative that we call to OPPOSE AB 2455. It will only take a few minutes to voice our opposition but will mean so much.
If this bill passes it would require Department of Social Services to provide a union the names and cell phone numbers of every registered home care aide. This bill violates the constitutional privacy rights of home care aides. All other professional occupations including State employees are protected by law from having their cell phone numbers shared with any third party.
